POAS – Rental apartments in Tampere
What is POAS?
POAS is a limited nonprofit company owned by the City of Tampere. We offer affordable rental housing in Tampere, near workplaces, services and universities, as well as close to public transportation connections. Apartments are rented to students, as well as to working people under 30 years of age. There is no age limit for students. If you are employed, you can live in the apartment until you are 36 years old.
